Running Agility

Running Line

With a group of people, jog slowly in a single-file line in a circle around the room/area. Have one person (take turns) standing in the middle of the circle with a whistle. When she blows the whistle once, in 2-3 steps, try to tag the person in front of you. After tagging the person or running the 2-3 steps, return to slow jogging. When she blows the whistle twice, turn around and jog the other way.

Running Agility

This exercise is to be done with a partner or a group of people. One person will call commands while the others jog in a large open area. These commands may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Take turns calling commands.
