Ahweh's Lessons- 6- Moving Energy in the Lower Body- Part Two

This exercise and many to follow is to be added to the previous meditation to strengthen your personal energy management program.

Now focus your attention on your right foot and how it feels.
Is it hot, cold, heavy, light or some other feeling.
Focusing on the other feeling, be aware that it is your energy in your foot.

Now move your energy up your right leg to your right knee.
Then up to your leg to your right hip.
Across your pelvis to your left hip, down your left leg to your left knee.
From your left knee down your lower leg to your left foot.
Now bridge the gap from your left foot through your earth chakra to your right foot with your energy.

Complete another lower body loop in the opposite direction, which is from your naval to your earth chakra.
Continue moving your energy around your opposite direction lower body loop.
Now speed up your energy and add to its strength each time it goes around.
Match the speed and strength of both of the counter rotational lower body loops.
These loops can exist in the same space.

Then slow your energy gradually back to a level just above what it was previous to beginning the meditation.
Now balance the energy speed and strength of both your lower body loops with your upper body loops.
Open your eyes when you are ready.

Now do this exercise 7 to 10 times over the next week and document what happened during each session as best you can, then e-mail your results and questions to Ahweh.
