Ahweh's Lessons- 5- Moving Energy in the Lower Body- Part One

In this exercise you will learn the beginning processes to move your energy around your lower body.

Sit in your meditative position with your hands in your lap, palms slightly seperated, facing each other.
Your legs should be relaxed in front of you with your knees and the soles of your feet slightly facing each other and not crossed.

Close your eyes.
Take three long deep breaths.
Relax your thoughts.
Now focus your attention on your left foot and how it feels.
Is it hot, cold, heavy, light or some other feeling.
Focusing on the other feeling, be aware that it is your energy in your foot.

Now move your energy up your left leg to your knee.
Then up to your leg to your left hip.
Across your pelvis to your right hip, down your right leg to your right knee.
From your left knee down your lower leg to your right foot.
Now bridge the gap from your right foot through your earth chakra to your left foot with your energy.
Complete the lower body loop which is from your naval to your earth chakra.

Continue moving your energy around your lower body loop.
Now speed up your energy and add to its strength each time it goes around.
Then slow your energy gradually back to a level just above what it was previous to beginning the meditation.
Now balance the energy speed and strength of your lower body loop with your upper body loops.
Open your eyes when you are ready.

Now do this exercise 7 to 10 times over the next week and document what happened during each session as best you can, then e-mail your results and questions to Ahweh.
