Ahweh's Lessons- 4- Moving Energy in the Body- Part Two

This exercise and many to follow is to be added to the previous meditation to strengthen your personal energy management program.

Now focus your attention on your right hand and how it feels.
Is it hot, cold, heavy, light or some other feeling.
Focusing on the other feeling, be aware that it is your energy in your hand.

Now move your energy up your right forearm to your elbow.
Then up to your arm to your right shoulder.
Across to your left shoulder down your left arm to your left elbow.
From your left elbow down your forearm to your left hand.
Now bridge the gap from your left hand to your right hand with your energy.

Complete another upper body loop in the opposite direction which is from your naval to your crown.
Continue moving your energy around your opposite direction upper body loop.
Now speed up your energy and add to its strength each time it goes around.
Match the speed and strength of both of the counter rotational upper body loops.
These loops can exist in the same space.

Then slow your energy gradually back to a level just above what it was previous to beginning the meditation.
Open your eyes when you are ready.

Now do this exercise 7 to 10 times over the next week and document what happened during each session as best you can, then e-mail your results and questions to Ahweh.
