Ahweh's Lessons- 3- Moving Energy in the Body- Part One

In this exercise you will learn the beginning processes to move your energy around your body.
Sit in your meditative position with your hands in your lap, palms slightly seperated, facing each other.

Close your eyes.
Take three long deep breaths.
Relax your thoughts.
Now focus your attention on your left hand and how it feels.
Is it hot, cold, heavy, light or some other feeling.

Focusing on the other feeling be aware that it is your energy in your hand.
Now move your energy up your left forearm to your elbow.
Then up to your arm to your left shoulder.
Across to your right shoulder, down your right arm to your right elbow.
From your left elbow down your forearm to your right hand.
Now bridge the gap from your right hand to your left hand with your energy.
Completing the upper body loop which is from your naval to your crown.

Continue moving your energy around your upper body loop.
Now speed up your energy and add to its strength each time it goes around.
Then slow your energy gradually back to a level just above what it was previous to beginning the meditation.
Open your eyes when you are ready.

Now do this exercise 7 to 10 times over the next week and document what happened during each session as best you can, then e-mail your results and questions to Ahweh.
